Blues Traveler concert canceled at SKyPAC amid death of lead singer’s father

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – The Southern Kentucky Performing Arts Center has shared an update regarding Sunday’s Blues Traveler concert.

According to The SKyPAC, the show scheduled for Nov. 12 has been canceled due to the death of frontman John Popper’s father.

The SKyPAC says all tickets will be refunded.

The Blues Traveler band and team have shared the following statement:

“Sadly, we must cancel our show in Bowling Green on November 12 due to the passing of John’s father. John asked us to share his thoughts:
‘Thanks all of you for understanding, I really am sorry, Bowling Green…My mother needs me.’ Contact your point of purchase for refunds, and thank you for your patience in this difficult time.”
