2nd suspect arrested in connection with Magnolia Street shooting

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Police say a second suspect has been arrested following a shooting on Magnolia Street Thursday.
The Bowling Green Police Department says Zion Johnson, 19, of Bowling Green has turned himself in.
Johnson was wanted on a warrant in connection with a shooting that injured one person at a Magnolia residence.
According to an arrest citation, Ka’ryn Wilson, 18, of Bowling Green was arrested early Friday morning after meeting at the police station.
The arrest citation further stated two other male subjects approached members of the victim’s family Thursday with guns drawn and demanded to know where the victim was.
Johnson and Wilson were taken to the Warren County Detention Center. They are charged with first-degree assault, first-degree wanton endangerment, attempted murder and first-degree criminal mischief.
