Russellville police looking for missing teen

RUSSELVILLE, Ky. – The Russellville Police Department is searching for a missing 15-year-old.

Police say Dolce Mendez is missing from Russellville. She was last known to be heading to a school bus pickup location on Emerson Bypass at about 6 a.m.

Police say it is believed Mendez may be with Melvin Chavarria Garcia of Russellville, who authorities say is around 19 years old.

Garcia is believed to drive a SUV.

Mendez is described as 5 feet 4 inches tall and 85 pounds with brown eyes and straight, black hair.
