WKU police investigating social media ‘threat’ against Hugh Poland Hall

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – WKU says police have cleared Hugh Poland Hall. There is no active threat at this time.

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Western Kentucky University police are investigating what they say is a threat made against Hugh Poland Hall on social media.

According WKU, as of about 5:38 p.m. Friday, residents of Hugh Poland Hall are advised to stay in their rooms. Individuals that are not near Hugh Poland Hall should avoid the area.

WKU police are at the scene.

Details surrounding the threat have not been released at this time.
