Stuff the Bus presents check toward fundraiser supporting officer Matt Davis

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Several businesses are getting ready for Thursday’s BBQ and food fundraiser at SoKY Marketplace benefitting officer Matt Davis.

This includes Cotton BBQ, who has been a leader in creating and organizing Thursday’s event.

You can already see the low and slow cooking rolling at the marketplace in downtown Bowling Green.

Owner Eric Cotton has pledged 100% of event profits to aiding Davis’ recovery.

Stuff the Bus and Farmer’s Bank & Trust surprised Cotton BBQ Wednesday with a $1,000 check to help cover those food and supply costs.

The BBQ and food fundraiser begins Thursday morning at 10:30 a.m. at SoKY Marketplace in downtown Bowling Green.

The event will end around 2:30 p.m. and features more than 10 local food vendors.
