Barren County man charged with rape, sexual abuse

Barren County deputies arrested Jonathan Bailey, 19, on Saturday on an indictment warrant for first-degree rape, first-degree unlawful imprisonment, and first-degree sexual abuse.

Bailey is accused of tying the 15-year-old victim’s wrists to her bed in October of 2017 and holding her against her will and raping her. A Logan County Grand Jury indicted him on the charges on June 29th of this year.

Bailey is being held in the Barren County Detention Center on a $50,000 cash bond.
