BGFD responds to structure fire on Richland Drive

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – The Bowling Green Fire Department responded to a structure fire Tuesday, Sept. 6 on the 800 block of Richland Drive.

The fire department said they received a call about the fire around 7:15 p.m., and six BGFD units, as well as a rescue unit and fire investigator, responded to a house fire at the location.

BGFD stated when they arrived, they found a single-story structure with smoke coming from the back section and front windows. The fire was extinguished within minutes.

Officials said no injuries were reported. No further details are available at this time.
