Warren Co. Sheriff Hightower holding community meetings

WARREN CO., Ky.- Community Meet & Greets are back! Over the next three weeks, people have the opportunity to meet with Warren County Sheriff Brett Hightower and other local officials.

Sheriff Hightower said they had these meetings regularly before Covid, and this is the first time they’re coming back since the start of the pandemic.

The first meeting is Thursday at 5:30 p.m. at the Plano Volunteer Fire Station #2.

Hightower says he wants community members to come to the meeting to voice any questions or concerns, especially anything related to the impact of the growth in Warren County.

“I think it’s good to hear what the community has to say. It’s important for me to take myself to their doorstep to hear what they have to say about Warren County, the sheriff’s office, the growth and development and it’s important for me as an elected official to be out in front of these issues,” said Hightower.

The next two are Thursday, April 14th at the old Alvaton High School gym and Thursday, April 21st at the Woodburn Volunteer Fire Department. Both of them are at 5:30 pm.
