Allen County man arrested on multiple charges

SCOTTSVILLE, Ky. – On Sunday, April 3, detectives with the Allen County-Scottsville Crime Task Force initiated a traffic stop.
Michael Shane Johnson, 45, of Scottsville was operating the 2002 Ford Mustang, which was then investigated.
Johnson was found to be in possession of approximately 178 grams of methamphetamine, marijuana and a large amount of U.S. currency, according to a social media post by Scottsville Police Department. In addition, the post stated officers found items used in the sale or distribution of narcotics.
Johnson was arrested and given multiple charges, including trafficking in cont sub, first degree, second or > – (> or 2 gms methamphetamine), drug paraphernalia – buy/possess and trafficking in marijuana (less than eight ounces).
Johnson was arrested and lodged in the Allen County Detention Center.
