4-year-old dies after fireworks injury in Pulaski County

PULASKI COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) – A 4-year-old child in Kentucky is dead following a fireworks accident over the weekend.

According to a report by LEX 18, the Pulaski County Coroner’s Office confirmed Rhett Luttrell died Saturday night.

Authorities say a tube of fireworks fell over as it was going off and hit the child, LEX 18 states.

The child’s grandmother stated Luttrell loved going to the Donut and Coffee Shop with his mommy and playing dinosaurs with his daddy.
