2 former youth soccer league board members arrested on bank theft charges

WINCHESTER, Ky. – Two former youth soccer league board members were arrested following an investigation into possible bank thefts.

According to the Kentucky State Police, the Winchester Youth Soccer League, Inc., reported “suspicious and unusual” banking activity involving members of the organization’s board of directors in October 2025.

Following months of investigation, detectives presented findings to the Clark County Attorney’s Office in June 2026.

KSP says arrest warrants were obtained and served to Ashley Ritchie-Rowland and Ben Dorsey, both former board members, on Wednesday.

Both were lodged at the Clark County Detention Center.

The investigation is ongoing.
