Warren County Public Library hosts Celtic celebration at The Capitol

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – The Warren County Public Library welcomed community members to The Capitol on Monday evening for “A Celtic Celebration,” an event held in honor of the summer solstice.

Attendees enjoyed live Irish and Scottish music as part of the festivities, which highlighted various aspects of Celtic culture and heritage.

The event featured traditional poetry, dance and musical performances, giving guests an opportunity to experience Celtic customs while celebrating the longest day of the year.

Organizers say the annual celebration offers a unique way for the Bowling Green community to learn more about Celtic traditions and the cultures that continue to influence communities around the world.
