Two accused of endangering children after police report finding marijuana in home

While police were investigating a Thursday afternoon business robbery, their investigation led them to a home where they said they found cash, guns and marijuana along with two sleeping children.

While police were investigating the robbery of a Papa Johns in Franklin, they found, at 109 Edgewood,  a car believed to have been used in the robbery, according a release from Franklin Police Department.

Police were given consent to search the home where they say they found guns, cash and drugs, according to the release.

Sheldon Cassetty, 25, and Hannah Cassetty, 23, both of Franklin, were arrested and charged with first-degree wanton endangerment and trafficking marijuana eight ounces to five pounds, according to the release.

Both were lodged in the Simpson County Detention Center, where Sheldon Cassetty remained in custody Friday. Online jail records do not list Hannah Cassetty as an inmate.

The children were taken into protective custody, according to the release.
