Step Up for Down Syndrome 2021 is a success
BOWLING GREEN, Ky.- On Saturday morning, hundreds of people in the community gathered at Bowling Green Ballpark for the 23rd annual Step Up for Down Syndrome walk.
Gates opened at 10 a.m. for family and friends to walk around the ballpark, meet superheroes and mascots, check out vendors, get food, and more. The walk began at 11:30 a.m.
All proceeds from the event go to Down Syndrome of South Central Kentucky. For those who weren’t able to attend, you can still donate here.
So far, the organization has raised $13,575 of a $75,000 goal.
