Scottsville man charged with drug trafficking while out on bond, police say

SCOTTSVILLE, Ky. – A Scottsville man is charged with drug trafficking while out on bond.
According to the Scottsville Police Department, 33-year-old James Dylan King, of Scottsville, is charged with trafficking in a controlled substance, 1st degree, terroristic threatening, 3rd degree, criminal mischief, 2nd degree, resisting arrest, and tampering with physical evidence after an investigation on Tuesday. King faces additional traffic violations stemming from the investigation.
Police say King admitted to possessing approximately 15 grams of suspected methamphetamine, according to a uniform citation.
SPD says King was out on bond for another pending case.
The investigation is ongoing.
