Pursuit of vehicle suspected in robbery ends in arrests, fire in Christian County

CHRISTIAN COUNTY, Ky. – The Christian County Sheriff’s Office says one person has been arrested in connection with a vehicle pursuit that occurred Wednesday.

Deputies say 19-year-old Mchale Lewis-Manning of Hopkinsville was identified as the driver.

He now faces charges of first-degree fleeing or evading police, first-degree criminal mischief, first-degree wanton endangerment of a police officer, reckless driving and speeding.

CHRISTIAN COUNTY, Ky. – According to the Christian County Sheriff’s Office, deputies assisted in a vehicle pursuit of a robbery suspect Wednesday.

CCSO says deputies utilized a “precision immobilization technique” on Butler Road at Gospel Peace Road to stop the vehicle and arrest the suspects. The car caught fire following the arrests.

The investigation is ongoing.
