One woman is dead following a car wreck

GLASGOW, Ky. – Saturday, around 1:48p.m., the Barren County Sheriff’s Office were called to an injury accident on Lick Branch Road.

The driver, identified as Pam Huff, 51, of Glasgow, was traveling west bound on Lick Branch Road when she lost control of her 1997 Jaguar passenger vehicle.

The vehicle went off the left side of the road and struck an embankment and a fence and stopped in a field.

Huff was pronounced dead at the scene due to injuries sustained in the accident.
