NWS Louisville reports preliminary results show EF-0 hit Hart County

HART COUNTY, Ky. – The National Weather Service Louisville says a preliminary damage survey shows an EF-0 hit Hart County overnight.

According to NWS Louisville, it occurred northwest Hart County to the east of Millerstown, Kentucky.

The NWS says the maximum wind speed reached near 80 miles per hour.

This follows after Hart County Emergency Management Director Tony Keithley confirmed at 6:50 a.m. that approximately a dozen trees were blown down or had fallen within the county Monday night.
