Man charged after alleged fraudulent bond scheme in Allen County
SCOTTSVILLE, Ky. – The Allen County-Scottsville Crime Task Force arrested 35-year-old John Paul Burton after an investigation involving an alleged fraudulent bond scheme, according to a social media post by the agency.
Burton is charged with second-degree forgery and theft by deception – include cold checks $500 < $1,000
The investigation is ongoing.
