Leitchfield-Grayson County Economic Development Board names DeCesare executive director

LEITCHFIELD, Ky. – The Leitchfield-Grayson County Economic Development Board announced Jim DeCesare as its new Executive Director Wednesday.

DeCesare will lead the organization’s efforts to attract new industry and assist current employers with expansion, according to a media release.

“Grayson County has tremendous assets, including a talented workforce, strong manufacturing base, strategic location, and an outstanding opportunity,” said DeCesare. “I am honored to serve as Executive Director and look forward to working with our board, local leaders, businesses, and citizens to build on our momentum and create new opportunities for future generations.”

DeCesare has almost three decades of experience in business, public service, and leadership, according to the release.

DeCesare previously served for 14 years in the Kentucky House of Representatives.
