Late Justice Ginsburg Lies In Repose
The late Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg lies in repose at a private memorial inside the U.S. Supreme Court. NBC's Tracie Potts reports.
WASHINGTON (NBC NEWS) — Mourners in Washington D.C. gather to honor feminist icon Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg at the Supreme Court.
Ginsburg died Friday at the age of 87 from complications stemming from pancreatic cancer.
The late justice was the second woman appointed to the high courts and served for more than 27 years.
Her casket arrived at the high court this morning. Family, friends, and members of the court attended a private ceremony inside.
