Annika Sorenstam and Yani Tseng are playing on the LPGA Tour this week. That’s news for different reasons. Sorenstam turned 50 late last year and hasn’t competed on the LPGA in more than 12 years. She retired after the 2008 season. Tseng was No. 1 in the world and at 22 became the youngest player to win five majors. Now she’s at No. 919 and hasn’t played on the LPGA Tour in two years. They will be at the Gainbridge LPGA at Lake Nona. This could be a one-time event for Sorenstam. For Tseng, it’s the start of the road back.
