Hot Rods make it 2 in a row at home

BOWLING GREEN, Ky.- The Bowling Green Hot Rods were looking to make it two in a row at home Wednesday night, and keep a lossless at home streak alive. The Hot Rods haven’t lost a home game since Sept. 5, 2019, and they weren’t looking to start last night against the Asheville Tourists.

And thanks to Greg Jones and Jonathan Aranda both hitting clutch home runs, their homestand streak lives on.

The Hot Rods would go on to win 8 to 7, which improved their record to 6 and 2.

The teams will square off once again in the third game of the six game series Thursday night, with first pitch scheduled for 6:35 p.m.
