Hopkinsville police investigating weekend car break-ins

HOPKINSVILLE, Ky. – The Hopkinsville Police Department is investigating a string of car thefts.

According to a social media post, HPD is asking the public for video surveillance footage from Friday evening through early Saturday and Saturday evening through Sunday morning.

HPD says it is seeking video that shows suspicious activity, groups of juveniles, or a group of young men wearing hoodies.

The break-ins happened in several neighborhoods, according to the post.
