Historic church vandalized at Mammoth Cave National Park
Park rangers at Mammoth Cave National Park are investigating an act of vandalism at an old church.
Photos, first published in the Edmonson Voice Newspaper, show what the vandals did to the floor of the historic Joppa Church.
Rangers believe the vandals hit sometime early this week. The church doors are unlocked during the day.
Joppa Church is located in Mammoth Cave National Park and was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1991.
If you have any information on who may have done this you’re asked to contact the park rangers.
