Grayson county man injured after motorcycle crash

GRAYSON COUNTY, Ky. – A motorcyclist was injured after a crash in Grayson County.

According to K105, the Grayson County Sheriff’s Office and Leitchfield Fire Department EMS responded to a reported crash in the 4700 block of Beaver Dam Road (Hwy 62) at approximately 3:15 am Sunday.

Officials told K105 that a motorcycle, driven by a 57-year-old Grayson County man, was traveling west when it fell in the middle of the lane.

According to investigators, the motorcycle traveled less than 25 feet, and there were no apparent signs of why the bike crashed.

K105 says a witness told authorities that the motorcyclist regained consciousness, and officials determined that he had sustained non-life-threatening injuries.

The motorcyclist was transported to Owensboro Health Twin Lakes Medical Center.
