Grand jury returns indictments

A Warren County grand jury returned the following indictments Wednesday. (September 12, 2018)

• Kimberly Dawn Budd, 38, Warren County Regional Jail, first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of a drug paraphernalia. Bond is $1,000.
• Tyler James Young, 30, Warren County Regional Jail, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. Bond was transferred.
• Christopher Jason Burroughs, 45, Warren County Regional Jail, theft of identity, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, illegal possession of a legend drug first offense and possession of marijuana. Bond was transferred.
• Richard Kelly Ferguson, 45, 1020 Old Barren River Road Apt. 24, criminal possession of a forged instrument and first-degree persistent felony offender. Bond is $1,000.
• Stephanie Nicole Jennings-Fleming, 29, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance first offense, first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, tampering with physical evidence, receiving stolen property valued at $500 or more but less than $10,000, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a defaced firearm and second-degree persistent felony offender. Bond is $10,000.
• Marvin Christopher Russell, 23, Warren County Jail, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance first offense, first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, tampering with physical evidence, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a defaced firearm. Bond is $5,000 cash.
• Stephanie Nicole Jones-Fleming, 31, Warren County Regional Jail, possession of a handgun by a convicted felon. Bond is combined with another indictment.
• Randall Bates Hammons, 54, fourth-degree assault domestic violence third or greater offense. Bond was transferred.
• Torryan Lejuan Harris, 35, address unknown, tampering with physical evidence, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of a drug paraphernalia and first-degree persistent felony offender. Bond was transferred.
• Michael Allen Hawks, 31, Warren County Regional Jail, two counts of second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument by complicity and one count of second-degree persistent felony offender. Bond is $1,500.
• Alicia Kaye Burch, 34, 2745 Nashville Road #35, first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument and two counts of second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument. Bond is $1,500.
• Maggie Elizabeth Martin, 29, 4566 Rochester Road, two counts of second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument. Bond is $1,000.
• Colanda Kaye Rose, 39, 1663 Richpond Road, second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument. Bond is set at $750.
• Starlon R. Hickman, 86, 609 Connorsville Road 450 East, Connorsville, Ind., first-degree sexual abuse. Bond is $5,000.
• Jonathan Lee Jackson, 47, 2001 Rock Creek Road #C3, three counts of first-degree wanton endangerment and one count of leaving the scene of an accident/failure to render aid or assistance. Bond is $10,000.
• Kevin Dodd Johnson, 27, Warren County Regional Jail, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicants fourth offense within 10 years, , operating a motor vehicle while license is suspended for DUI third offense within 10 years, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, no or expired registration plates, no or expired registration receipt, failure of owner to maintain required insurance first offense, failure to register/transfer a motor vehicle and first-degree persistent felony offender. Bond is $7,500.
• Janae Ranelle Jones, 21, 1550 Terrell Road, Atlanta, two counts of theft by unlawful taking of property valued at $500 or more but less than $10,000. Bond is $5,000.
• Robert Leon Montgomery, 50, 51 Cornwell Ave., Buffalo N.Y., , two counts of theft by unlawful taking of property valued at $500 or more but less than $10,000. Bond is $5,000.
• Ted Harold Kennedy Jr., 50, 5725  Glen Lily Road, receiving stolen property valued at $500 or more but less than $10,000 and second-degree persistent felony offender. Bond was transferred.
• Maggie Elizabeth Martin, 29, 3091 Jackson Bridge Road, first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was transferred.
• Harold Thurman Maxwell, 64, 3095 N. Campbell Road, cultivating marijuana five plants or more. Bond is $1,000.
• James Dee Ray McCathron, 50, 550 Beauty Ave., first-degree wanton endangerment and first-degree persistent felony offender. Bond is $2,500.
• Jimmy Davon Morris, 19, Warren County Regional Jail, first-degree burglary and tampering with physical evidence. Bond is $50,000.
• Terrell Irving Smith, 20, Warren County Regional Jail, first-degree burglary. Bond is $50,000.
• James Michael O’Toole, 43, 1649 Media Drive, first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was transferred.
• Mariah Alexandria Overfelt, 18, 352 Pascoe Blvd. #15, second-degree assault. Bond was transferred.
• Jon David Pearce, 48, 109 White Drive, Fitzgerald, Ga., first-degree sexual abuse. Bond is $5,000.
• Tabitha Lynn Redmon, AKA Tabitha Lynn Lindsey, 39, two counts of theft by deception $500 or more but less than $10,000 and one count of first-degree persistent felony offender. Bond is $1,500.
• Tyrone Maurice Rickett, 29, Warren County Regional Jail, two counts of first-degree robbery and two counts of second-degree assault. Bond is $25,000.
• Marvin Christopher Russell, 23, Warren County Regional Jail, trafficking in marijuana over eight ounces but less than five pounds and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was transferred.
• Jason Franklin Schnorr, 31, 1632 Lisa Lynn Road, Hixson, Tenn., receiving stolen property valued at $500 or more but less than $10,000 and operating on a suspended or revoked driver’s license. Bond was transferred.
• Jonathan Luke Turner, 34, 1322 Clayton Street, theft by unlawful taking $500 or more but less than $10,000. Bond was transferred.
• Maria Vasquez-Alarcon, 20, 1856 Loop Street, Lot 343, five counts of first-degree wanton endangerment, two counts of first-degree criminal mischief and operating motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicants first offense within 10 years. Bond was transferred.
