Glasgow man injured after crash involving ATV

GLASGOW, Ky. – A Glasgow man was flown to Louisville for injury treatment after an accident involving an ATV.

According to GPD Major Terry Flatt, officers responded to an injury accident at the intersection of Humble Avenue and East Main Street Sunday.

Mjr. Flatt says the preliminary investigation indicates that an ATV, driven by Dwayne Welborn, of Glasgow, pulled into the path of a truck driven by Hunter Rich. Investigators say Rich was traveling westbound on East Main Street.

Welborn was transported to TJ Samson Community Hospital for treatment and then flown to the University of Louisville Hospital.

Mjr. Flatt says no other injuries have been reported.
