Flora’s Hidden Heroes – Maurita Miller

Inspired by her father’s military service during World War II, Maurita Miller has helped maintain the Veterans Wall of Honor in the Edmonson County Courthouse for years.

Miller was also instrumental in the creation of the Memorial Wall and Garden on the courthouse grounds and still donates her time as a service officer for the Disabled American Veterans (DAV) in Brownsville.
