Electric switching scheduled for area subdivision

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – In order to maintain power reliability, BGMU says electric crews will conduct electric switching at the Bent Tree Subdivision.

Residents can expect this to take place Thursday, June 29 beginning at 8:30 a.m. Residents may not have power during this time, and work should last about an hour or less, BGMU says.

Several streets will be affected, including:

• Bent Tree Avenue
• Huntington Street from Euclid Avenue to Bent Tree Avenue
• Newberry Street from Euclid Avenue to Bent Tree Avenue
• Albemarle Street
• Culpeper Street
• Euclid Avenue from Huntington Street to Bent Tree Avenue

Crews will complete work as quickly as possible.
