Bowling Green Police Department to host first Burmese Community Police Academy

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – The Bowling Green Police Department will host its first Community Police Academy in Burmese this November.

BGPD says the academy will provide the Burmese-speaking community a chance to receive a behind-the-scenes look at how the department operates.

The academy will be held on November 6, 13, 19 and 20 at the Bowling Green Police Department.

Registration for the academy is free and spots are limited.
