BG Chamber holds annual Golf Classic
BOWLING GREEN, Ky.- The Bowling Green Area Chamber of Commerce held their annual Golf Classic Monday at the Indian Hills Golf Course, presented by Graves Gilbert Clinic.
Over 100 professionals from the business community participated in the event, split into two tee times, 8:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.
Meredith Rozanski, vice president of the Chamber, said the event looked so different from the previous years as everyone had to socially distance and wear masks.
Rozanski said the money raised by the event helps their Chamber programming, meaning it helps them carry about their mission of helping businesses grow in South Central Kentucky.
“Everyone’s super excited. A bad day of golf is better than a good day at work so it’s always a good time out on the golf course, sharing some laughs, making up some stories about how well they played golf. It’ll be a lot of fun and we have a lot of great prizes donated by our businesses so it’ll be a super fun afternoon,” said Rozanski.
