Beshear orders flags to half-staff for Patriot Day

FRANKFORT, Ky. – Gov. Andy Beshear has directed that flags at all state office buildings be lowered to half-staff on Friday, Sept. 11, to commemorate Patriot Day and honor those lost in the 9/11 attacks 25 years ago.

Beshear encourages individuals, businesses and organizations throughout the Commonwealth to join in this tribute.
