Barren County Sheriff’s Office investigating series of car break-ins

GLASGOW, Ky. – The Barren County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a series of vehicle break-ins.

According to a release, BCSO responded to a vehicle break-in at a home early Sunday morning.

Deputies located items taken from the vehicle along the roadway behind the home.

During the investigation, deputies searched the area and determined that ten vehicles were broken into between the hours of 12 am and 2 am.

Several items were reported missing by the vehicle owners, according to the release.

BCSO says video surveillance shows two potential suspects in the investigation.

According to the release, the incidents occurred at the Beatrice Lane, Certain Lane, Jackson Trail and Juno Way areas.

BCSO asks individuals in the area to check their vehicles for missing items and to check surveillance footage.
