GLASGOW, Ky. – A man was charged Friday after police say he picked up a 16-year-old female from Glasgow High School. The Glasgow Police Department says it arrested Jimmy Angel, 27, after he picked up the teen on Thursday without permission. Angel faces a charge of custodial interference. He remains at the Barren County Detention Center.
