BROWNSVILLE, Ky. – Warren RECC has restored power in Brownsville. On Monday morning, the Warren Rural Electric Cooperative Corporation is responding to an outage affecting 643 members in the Brownsville area. Warren RECC dispatched crews to the scene and resolved the issue.
