Allen County man receives federal prison sentence for tax evasion

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – An Allen County man is sentenced for tax evasion. The Western District of Kentucky says John Paul Cates, 50, has received a 15-month sentence, followed by three years of supervised release, for tax evasion.
