WKU campuses to reopen on Wednesday amid winter weather

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Classes will resume at Western Kentucky University campuses on Wednesday, Jan. 8. This follows two days of closures during winter weather conditions. WKU says its campuses in Bowling Green, Owensboro, Glasgow, Somerset and Elizabethtown will open as scheduled. University officials say offices at Fort Knox will open at 10 a.m. Eastern Standard Time.
