SCOTTSVILLE, Ky. – Kentucky State Police are investigating the Thursday drowning death of an Allen County infant. Social services called state police after the eight-month-old infant was brought into The Medical Center at Scottsville early Thursday afternoon, according to a release from the state police. Police charge Muhlenberg County couple with child sexual exploitation offenses

GREENVILLE, Ky. – Kentucky State Police Electronic Crime Branch arrested William D. Zguro Jr., 51, and Roseanne L.
