The FDA has announced it’s finalized a rule allowing retailers to sell hearing aids for some adults over-the-counter. The devices aren’t always covered by insurance and haven’t been easy for people to get, but this decision may help change that. SCOTTSVILLE, Ky. – Two men are facing charges relating to drug possession following a residence search in Scottsville.
