KIAWAH ISLAND, S.C. (AP) — The leaderboard was mostly static in the third round of the PGA Championship, even though the Ocean Course at Kiawah Island played easier. There were six rounds in the 60s, but the last was from Rickie Fowler, who teed off almost four hours before the final group of Phil Mickelson and Louis Oosthuizen. He shot 69 and was even par, seven shots behind Mickelson. Several contenders had a chance to break 70 but couldn’t finish it off. Those included Mickelson and Brooks Koepka, who was one shot back. Jordan Spieth and Billy Horschel each shot 68, the best round of the day.
