JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) — Six NFL teams used the draft to reunite college teammates. Jacksonville landed Clemson stars Trevor Lawrence and Travis Etienne. Miami paired Alabama receiver Jaylen Waddle with his former quarterback, Tua Tagovailoa. Philadelphia got Alabama receiver DeVonta Smith and quarterback Jalen Hurts back together and added center Landon Dickerson a day later. Cincinnati rejoined LSU receiver Ja’Marr Chase and quarterback Joe Burrow. New England reconnected two pairs of college teammates. And Pittsburgh drafted college teammates for the fifth consecutive year. Coincidence? Probably not after a year in which evaluating and getting to know prospects was more challenging than ever.
