Gov. Andy Beshear showcases Glasgow softball team social distancing video

GLASGOW, Ky.- Each day during his daily press briefings on the coronavirus pandemic, Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear showcases social media posts from Kentuckians who are trying to make the best of the pandemic.

On Wednesday, the governor shared a video from members of the Glasgow High School softball team practicing social distancing.

The 32 second video, uploaded by Glasgow Coach Jason Cook, shows the team playing catch from various locations around the city.

“Thank you to the Glasgow High School softball team for taking the time to do something like this,” Beshear said. “It shows that you can be creative while this is going on, but also being a positive example for your peers during this time.”
