1 flown for treatment after being ejected in Christian County crash
HOPKINSVILLE, Ky. – A 20-year-old was flown for treatment after being ejected from a truck in a Christian County crash.
According to Hopkinsville Fire/EMS, units responded to a report of a single-vehicle accident at the intersection of Novadell Way and Fort Campbell Boulevard early Thursday.
A witness told responders that the driver was ejected from the vehicle and pinned beneath it.
When crews arrived, they located the 20-year-old driver pinned under the truck. Fire and EMS personnel coordinated efforts to extract the driver.
Air Medical transported the driver to Skyline Medical Center in Nashville for treatment.
The investigation is ongoing.
