Goodwill Kentucky names Dennis Ritchie as vice president of Mission Strategy and Impact

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Goodwill Kentucky is welcoming Dennis Ritchie as vice president of Mission Strategy and Impact.

According to the nonprofit organization, Ritchie will provide strategic leadership for Goodwill Kentucky’s Opportunity Centers, reentry services, Community Violence Intervention programming, employer and nonprofit partnerships and other mission-focused programs.

The nonprofit says he will work across the organization and with community partners to strengthen service delivery, increase collaboration and make pathways to employment, stability and long-term self-sufficiency for Kentuckians facing barriers.

In this role, Goodwill Kentucky says Ritchie will focus on strengthening program outcomes, expanding partnerships, aligning services with community needs and ensuring Goodwill Kentucky continues to deliver meaningful and measurable impact.
