The Medical Center at Scottsville to host Community Health Fair
SCOTTSVILLE, Ky. – The Medical Center at Scottsville Community Health Fair is just a few days away.
According to Med Center Health, the community is invited to stop by Allen County-Scottsville High School on Saturday, Sept. 12 from 8 to 11 a.m. for a free way to check on their health.
Organizers say the event will also feature Broadway the Clown, Love’s Face Painting and Wicked Brew Coffee.
Participants can receive the following free screenings and services, according to Med Center Health:
- Balance screening
- Blood pressure checks
- Dental Screenings
- Flu shots
- Grip strength
- Lipid panel, cholesterol, blood glucose
- Pulse oximetry
- Spine screenings
- Stroke risk assessment
Presentations will also include Julie Hartman performing the National Anthem at 8 a.m., Summer Sounds at 10 a.m. and The Core Groove Crew – Silver Sneakers.
