Community Outdoor Warning Siren test in Warren County scheduled for Sept. 4

WARREN COUNTY, Ky. – A monthly test of the Community Outdoor Warning Sirens, or COWS, in Warren County is scheduled for this Friday, Sept. 4

According to Warren County Emergency Management, the test will take place at noon that day.

Emergency personnel say this helps ensure all sirens and related systems operate properly.

The test is conducted on the first Friday of each month, weather permitting, and is postponed if severe weather is expected.
