Kentucky State Police Post 3 offers reminder for traffic safety checkpoint locations

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Kentucky State Police Post 3 issued a periodic reminder about traffic safety checkpoints Wednesday.

According to a release, KSP conducts the checkpoints to provide high-visibility public safety service. Officers will focus on operator impairment, vehicular equipment deficiencies (confirming appropriate registration and insurance of vehicles) and the valid licensing of drivers.

Kentucky State Police Post 3 serves Allen, Barren, Butler, Edmonson, Hart, Logan, Simpson and Warren counties.
