4 injured after crash in Glasgow caused by passenger grabbing steering wheel, police say

GLASGOW, Ky. – Four people are injured after a crash in Glasgow.

According to a release, the Glasgow Police Department responded to an accident at the intersection of Veterans Outer Loop and North Jackson Highway on Sunday.

GPD says a vehicle driven by Lacy Garvin was traveling west on Veterans Outer Loop. Police say a passenger in her vehicle grabbed the steering wheel as it approached the intersection, causing it to strike another vehicle driven by David Crews.

Garvin, along with Cindy Brugman, David Crews and Amanda Crews, were transported for injury treatment.

The investigation is ongoing.
