Creative Content Producer
WNKY is seeking a Creative Content Producer to write, direct and edit promotional videos. Previous video production experience required.
Job purpose
The Creative Content Producer is responsible for writing, filming and editing promotional video content for WNKY 40. The position will be responsible for creating unique content assignment to assignment, producing creative video content for WNKY 40 and its community partners, ensuring project deadlines and quality standards are achieved, attending client and community partner pre-production meetings, and coordinating creative video content for station promotional initiatives. The Creative Content Producer will be a key team member in the growth of client and community partner relationships and expanding the promotional reach of WNKY 40 News broadcasts.
Duties and responsibilities
- Development of creative concepts for community partners
- Development of station promotional campaigns for news, digital and weather
- Ensure quality standards are met
- Ensure deadlines are met
- Write, shoot and edit commercial and promotional spots
- Lead Producer on assigned creative content productions
- Lead Videography on assigned creative content productions
- Lead Copywriter on assigned creative content productions
- Coordinate daily completion of station promotional traffic logs
- Produce and coordinate distribution of network programming promotional content
- Produce and coordinate distribution of syndicated programming promotional content
- Organize and ensure the safety of Creative Services equipment
- Publishing creative content to WNKY 40 social media platforms
- Represent WNKY 40 at community events
Qualifications
- College degree
- Minimum of two years of experience
- Professional use of Adobe Creative Cloud software applications including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere and After Effects preferred

Applicants must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Work hours may vary depending on the needs of the Creative Services department. Must be willing to represent Marquee Broadcasting in the communities in which it broadcasts.
Physical requirements
Position may require lifting of twenty-five or less pounds. The position may also require long periods of standing.
